3. Garlic-vodka infusion

Drink a teaspoon daily before meals.

1. Add raw garlic to soup after heating the soup to avoid loss of vitamins.
2. Add crushed garlic to salad.
3. Grind garlic and and spread it over buttered bread.
4. Add 2 cloves and blend into your fruit shake.
