Carbohydrate Diet Recipe for Lunch

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

■ Okra Soup

Water 400cc
Okra 4 pieces
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Chicken Cube Half
Magic Sarap a little

■ Pork Steak

Pork Cutlet 1 piece
Ginger a piece
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Onions One-fourth
Salt a little
Pepper a little

■ Garnish

Cabbage One-fourth
boiled Egg 1 piece
Mayonnaise a little


■ Okra Soup
・Chop the okra and microwave for 30 seconds.
・Put all ingredients in a pan and simmer them over medium heat

■ Pork Steak
・Put chopped onions, grated ginger, pork, and seasoning in a bowl. (Seasoning must be stored in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using)
・Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes with olive oil until meat is tender. Avoid overcooking the meat as it will get tough to eat.
・Garnish with lettuce and boiled egg
