Carbohydrate Diet Recipe Breakfast 1

We have a protein-and-vitamin packed mushroom soup and tuna salad and omelet recipe that is easy to make and takes only 15 minutes!

What’s more, it is a healthy carbohydrate diet that costs (approximately) only 40 PHP (0.5 $) per meal.

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

■ Mushroom Soup

Water 400cc
Dry Mushroom 3 Pieces
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Chicken bouillon Cube Half
Magic Sarap a little

■ Salad

Onion Half
Tuna Half
lettuce Half

■ Dressing

Soy 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Lemon (Kalamansi) 2 pieces

■ Omelet (egg roll)

Egg 2 pieces
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Salt a little

Directions

■ Mushroom Soup

・Place dry mushrooms in water for about 30 minutes and then shred when softened
・Put all ingredients in a pan and simmer them over medium heat

■ Salad

・Tear or cut lettuce by hand to a suitable size
・Slice onion with slicer

■ Dressing

-Put all ingredients together and mix

■ Omelet (egg roll)

・Put the eggs in a bowl and whip it. Avoid making bubbles and put soy sauce and salt.
・Heat the frying pan over medium heat, put the salad oil and wipe off excess oil with cooking paper.
・Pour 1/4 of the eggs on medium heat to low heat. Add more in 1/4 amounts and fold as you go before the full fire.
・Repeat the process of cooking and collapsing the remaining 1/4 of the eggs. The baked omelet is then placed on a cutting board, and cut to a size that is easy to eat.
